Airliner Blues Band was formed in 2011 by Ottawa-based singer-songwriter and keyboardist Mubarak Farah. This four-piece band plays the blues and many other blues-influenced styles including Southern rock, R&B, country, and funk. Airliner Blues Band released their first full-length album Fired Up in June 2014, a followup to the release of their debut self-titled EP, released in the fall of 2012
